Dan Weber – Owner
Dan began in the Heating and Air Conditioning Business in the late 70’s and became a member of Local 393 in San Jose, CA. He was employed by some of the larger HVAC/R companies who serviced companies such as Semiconductor, Fabrication, Software, Strip Malls, Large Malls, Restaurants, Fast Food, Retail Stores,etc. After 33 years of experience, He became a licensed Contractor and started D. Weber’s Mechanical in 2009. Dan’s specialty is performing quality maintenance and repair and likes the fact that all of his accounts look like they’re being taken care of.
Dakota Weber – Technician
Dakota has bee
n around HVAC since the day he was born, although he didn’t decide to follow in Dan’s footsteps until after high school. Dan made sure to spread his knowledge to his boys whether they worked in HVAC or not. Dakota plans to take over the business when Dan retires to continue the family business and of course, keep everyone comfortable in their places of work and home.
Dori Weber – Office Manager aka “Dan’s Other Half”
Dori is the heart of our company. She runs and manages all of the office duties, accounting, payroll, etc. She works so hard and probably gets much less recognition than she deserves!
